This is a client to avoid. He continously buys products online and then returns the packaging only, and demands refunds claiming that the wrong product was initially sent, or that the product was made in a country of origin that he does not agree with. He claimed that our product was not authentic, kept it and then returned the packaging only. On the phone, he was swearing, rude, and quite frankly he was pathetic about his arguments. When he gets caught in a lie, he begins to curse. When you try to avoid him, he'll terrorize the other staff. He's a really bad person, a liar and a thief and the way he treats people is uncalled for.
