Edwards Cin Rancho ripoff promise kids posters upon retun then give all to employees!! LIARS!! El Cajon, San Diego California
Edwards Cinema claims to care about kids, going as far as to claim some sort of kids club!!! When in fact their policy is to give all promotional posters to employees asINCENTIVE!?!?
They promise kids posters when movie has ended, they will take your name and # to hold. Then when you return 20 miles fr us to see a movie while picking up posters you are informed that they have all been given to employees. Completely unfair and teaching our children its okay to lie to get business. The manager of this Rancho San Diego, El Cajon, CA location could care less about children or a kids club. Just use this as a ploy to get you to come spend $100.00 or more each time you come to be able to speak w/ manager, get put off until finally you are told they have been given to employees as insentive!!!!
If this is the case they should say so upfront and stop this kidsclub sharade!!!! Thay are just diappointing our children who live in the back country about 40 miles from the nearest theater that is not an Edwards!!!
