Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Company damaged my goods in a move and just like this report states, the drivers seemed extremely sluggish and irrssponsible. In my case the driver was smokling heavily causing us to have to professionaly shampoo our furniture.

I have been over five months corresponding wiuth th company getting no response. Only statement is we are taking care of this. See excerpt below:

I will pass it on to Greg Immediately. As far as the ladder is concerned, good plan. I agree, if it has a sticker on it, it must belong to someone. Oh, well...

Hope all is well with you, Carlos. I miss talking with you!...LOL.

If you're talking about a lawyer - don't waste your time or the dime. The mover has legal protections preventing anyone from collecting anything over and above what the contract provides. See Carmack Amendment for further information. Insofar as it relates to reimbursement on claims damage, did you have Full Replacement Value, or did you simply have the minimum at $0.60/lb. I would note Bekins does not pay on claims very well and figures out ways to get out of paying claims better than most movers do. Just a warning. Best of luck to you.
