Please do not be as big a fool as I was for dealing with these people. Save yourself the aggravation and expense and deal with a reputable company.

Check BBB rating for e-furniture. The Utah BBB gives efurnitureshowroom a great big F.  I sure wish I had checked with them before wasting my money, over $5000, with people who are totally devoid of honor.

I placed an order with efurnitureshowroom for the 8 piece Pulaski Edwardian bedroom suite, which is one of their high end bedrooms. If you care to read all the sordid details I have included those below, but if you are interested in only the areas of concern I will list them succinctly;

1.     Advertising: e-furniture describes the set as being made of Hand crafted from birch hardwood solids and cherry veneers with the rich glow of the Edwardian finish. The truth is all the decorative carvings are injection molded resin (plastic).

2.     The furniture had been repaired using a type of wood putty which was a completely different color from the finish.

3.     The acclaimed White Glove delivery service is a joke as on both attempted deliveries the very obvious defects in the furniture escaped the notice of the delivery service.

4.     On the first attempted delivery the dresser mirror frame was completely broken by the White Glove delivery service.

5.     Customer service with e-furniture is abysmal. Jeremiah will not return phone calls, or emails, but he possesses an endless array of excuses for why nothing gets done as promised, he accuses the customer of lying, and claims he is not Wal-Mart, and it is not his job to make customers happy. This is a direct quote from the General Manager of e-furnitureshowroom.

6.     I placed my order with e-furniture in May, it is now August and after two attempted deliveries I cancelled my order due to the need to have some type of bedroom furniture in my master bedroom. So, now after four months of dealing with e-furniture showroom I do not have any furniture or my money.

7.     I was promised my refund would be returned to me within 48 to 72 hours of the delivery service picking up the furniture. It has now been six weeks since they picked up the furniture and I still do not have my refund and the attitude I get from the General Manager is that it is really not his problem.

The order took about one month to receive the delivery, and until the furniture was delivered everything went fairly well. However, of the eight pieces in the set three had to be returned due to large gouges in the bed which had been filled in with off colored wood putty. The dresser mirror frame was broken, and one of the nightstands had scratches across the top. The advertised White Glove delivery service is for all intents and purposes a bad joke. When the furniture was returned I was told the replacement pieces would take about two weeks to deliver.

Six weeks later the second attempt at delivery was made. This time the finish on the furniture was flaking off. Bear in mind e-furniture describes this furniture as The Edwardian 8-Piece Poster Bedroom Set by Pulaski consists of a Poster Bed, 2 Nightstands, Dresser, Mirror and Bachelors Chest or 5 Drawer Chest. A timeless collection of traditional style furniture, these pieces have elaborate cabochon-and-leaf carved detail, a rich, deep red Edwardian finish, and decorative brass hardware that brings out the gold tones of the polished wood Hand crafted from birch hardwood solids and cherry veneers with the rich glow of the Edwardian finish

I discovered that all the decorative touches are actually some type of injection molded resin. The delivery driver attempted to use a color pen to repair the finish, but it is not possible to color plastic. The front of one of he nightstand drawers had a vertical crack and the finish appeared to have een applied by blind monkeys. The delivery driver spoke with Jeremiah from efurnitureshowroom and informed him of the condition of the furniture, and the diver noted on the receipt I was given that Jeremiah authorized the return of he furniture. To add insult to injury the driver said he did not have room on hs truck to return all eight pieces of the set, so I volunteered to store the furniture until it could be picked up.

However, the real isaster started when I began the process of trying to obtain a refund.

Jeremiah said I would be provided a refund within 48 to 72 hours after he eceived confirmation the furniture had been picked up by the delivery service. hen the furniture was finally picked up I immediately scanned a copy of the eceipt and emailed it to Jeremiah at efurnitureshowroom. It has now been six eeks since the furniture was picked up and all I get from Jeremiah are excuses about not being able to find the refund.  

Never do business with -furniture. I wish I had seen some of these postings before I made the mistake of dealing with these people. They should be ashamed.
