The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by the CEO, John Bauer during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases toward eGumball, Inc.

eGumball is a Local Search Marketing provider based out of Southern California. John Bauer, CEO, stated the following in regards to his company, "we are an outsource destination for small businesses who provide local online advertising for their business." With the growing market of online promotion eGumball exceeds the competition by offering multiple services to their clients including: Google and search engine optimization, website development, and promotional products.

Leads for eGumball are primarily acquired through cold calling methods. Once initial interest has been placed Mr. Bauer explained the sales process, "once a contract is provided, signed, and returned there is a three day right of recession period provided at the time of the contact which has to expire before moving forward. The active contract is emailed to them along with their own online portal which they have to agree to our terms and conditions when they get in to the portal." Communication is a valued process for eGumball while developing relationships with their clients, "we strive to get the business the right way. Therefore, we strive to ensure our customers are clear as to what to expect going forward."



CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION FROM eGUMBALL, Inc.

During the onsite interview, Mr. Bauer was asked to describe some of the common complaints that they receive. Mr. Bauer explained that their most common complaint is the turnaround results are not fast enough. In order to combat this, "we educate the client as to what we do as a company. We lay out how long it typically takes Google to show those results, we provide updates, walk them through the steps and try to put the puzzle pieces back together so that they can get a full picture of what's going on."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Bauer explained that most complaints were in reference to miscommunications about their service. Mr. Bauer went on to state, "if a salesperson misrepresented our services to a potential customer, we have recordings of the phone call to go back and verify all escalated customer complaints. We will listen to it, and if the complaint is valid we will rectify it immediately through the appropriate channels. If we find that the customer is not understanding, then we will go through the process of educating the client so that a full understanding and resolution is achieved." In addition, their accreditations include being partners with Google Adwords, and being accredited through the BBB.

Get your LIES Straight. At first you said that I had told you I own 50 businesses now you say I own 30??? Which one is it??? PS Just like I told you from the start.... I don't own any business. I'm a homemaker. I know you are delusional trying to twist things to make everyone else look worng ( just like I predected you would) but you should try to get your story straight.

I also never filed fraudulat charges on the credit card. The credit card was filed for lack of services and not by me. I did however block your numbers from calling me due to the personal threats Rik had made to me over email and phone conversation. Which I have record of. I prefer to do everything in writing for this reason.

Egumball is the one to block my email. If you want to talk through email you still can that is if you unblock the email.

Why would I claim hardship the only hardship I'm dealing with is egumball's scam. I also do not spam just for your record.

Egumball is a professional SCAM Artist. you can find out all about these types of businesses at http://www.ftc.gov/   and please also flie your report there to stop them from doing this to other innocent people.

Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Egumball unless you want to fall for an internet SCAM!!! They have years of experince be very carefull when dealing with this type of SCAM Artist. They will lie, look up personal information about you and BLACK MALE you. They Twist, Minipulate, Lie, Threaten RICO, Police, Feds or what ever it take to get your money and provide NO SERVICES!!!! They truley are a PROFESIONAL SCAM ARTIST! BEWARE!!! You can see how they try to change the subject. Nobody was talking about google laws. I'm talking about your black male, twisting, minipulating and lies. But once again you are either delusional or a Professional SCAM Artist. I belive it's the Professional SCAM Artist option. Just because you can pay for a spot in Inc. magazine does not really make you a fortune 500 company. What you are is a PROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTIST!!

Even though you said 30.... 30 or 50 what does it matter? It's SPAM.  Not being dilusional at all nor are we making this story up to win over the handful of people who actually read your threads.

We are trying to help people.  But when we are publicly being called a SCAM we are forced to make information public.  Your address changed, we made the corrections and you cut off communications with us.  It is not our fault that things didn't go as fast [less than 30 days] as you think.  Call us a scam in return? 

You intially said that the credit card and the agreement was fraudulently signed.  If this is the case then we are obligated to report the transaction to the authorities.  Problem with that?  Ironically enough your story changed as soon as we started moving in that direction.

We have several documented unanswered emails sent to you as well as several BLOCKED phone calls - BLOCKED PHONE CALLS which you have publicly admitted to doing.

You said you were going through financial hardship.  We asked you to document it for us and we would forgive your debt.

You have posted under several aliases and have asked your friends and family to post negative reviews on our service on your behalf.  That is an organized effort and you admitted to it.

You said in one of your many threads that we said its "Our Law".  For clarity its Google Law.

You have to qualify for placement in Inc 500 you do not pay for placement.  And Inc 500 is not fortune 500.

We are a six year internet marketing service that has withstood several changes with Google Maps, Google Places and now Google Plus.  We have always serviced our clients with the highest level of customer care.  We also maintain a high retention rate.  You should keep paying because you agreed to service.  You should honor our agreement as we shall do the same.  But for those out there who sign our agreement, change their address, provide a illegitimate street addresses, induce us into doing business with a spam location, create their own duplicate Google listing or who feel they have no control or understanding should still pay us.

Our service as well as every other SEM agency is not free.  If you have time to do it [and have knowledge] - then do it.  Otherwise you will pay a fair rate for someone else to do it for you.

You do realize that your post make you look bad right?? Most of us are use to dealing with higher class businesses that have morals values and ethics. If a business changes thier address name or what ever,  they are paying you to do your job and help them. Not to make things worse and blame them. what kind of business blames their clientel and publicly post their blame?? maybe you should start to try to help your customers out.  You should try to have some customer service skills if you want to keep your clintel. Perhaps you should take some business classes on how to run an effective business with the inent to help there customers through all thier changes and needs. Since they are paying you or you can choose the Professional SCAM Artist option and never provide any services what so ever. Which is currently where egumball is. Remeber your customerrs are paying you to help them through their problems. Stop blaming them and start helping them. Try to have some ethics.   Your post show your true colors Professional SCAM!!

 For the rest of us that fallen for this egumballs SCAM please file a report at http://www.ftc.gov/  Fedral Trade Commission. They will put a stop to them if htey get enough complaints.
