The complaints on this site from Scenectady New York are completely accurate. Please read that one. My complaint originated when RelyID stopped working. That is a seperate paid services from a vendor to eHarmony. I made four phone calls to inquire and to get it fixed. The Help Desk hung up every time at about 60 seconds. Now, whenever I get a chance to complete an eHarmony survey, here is the message I try to get across:

"My home page has become an irritant. RelyID is broken. That vendor is too incompetent to fix it. Your representatives are helpless to do anything at all to remedy this situation. Your level of service is pathetic. Please return to "Customer Service 101" and start over. You really haven't a clue about how that works."
