I came across this website called Elderhash.com a couple of weeks ago. It's a cloud mining site. It has a promise of 150 Hash Free upon sign up. True enough I had that free hashes and it earned me enouogh satoshis to withdraw. On my first attempt to withdraw, I was unsuccessful. The system told me to deposit the minimum BTC of .0015 to enable the withdrawal. And so, I did make the minimum deposit. Truly, I was able to sent them request for withdrawal. On withdrawal, they have 2hours processing time at the very least and if the withdrawal takes more than 6 hours, the member would have to contact their support. After the request I made, maximum time allowable had elapse, I started to worry. On the 7th hour from the time of my request for withdrawal, I did send their support an e-mail informing them of what happened. And there, I waited for their response until the next day. But to no avail, never I heard anything from them. My request for withdrawal remained pending until now. No BTC due me was ever credited to my wallet.
As of thiis report, I've tried several times accessing their website (www.elderhash.com) so that I can check the status of my request of withdrawal but unfortunately, I cannot do so anymore. It seemed to me that I've been blocked access even to their FB Page I was already denied access. And the second e-mail I sent them regarding the matter, returned to my mail unsent.
I googled the name elderhash, and it yielded the following: www.elderhash.com; www.facebook.com/ElderHashOfficial; www.elderhash.com/sign-in; www.facebook.com/officialelderhash; which I cannot access and the only accessible to me are these elderhashmining.com; www.facebook.com/officialelderhash which seems to be new site but same company.
The amount of money I've lost might seem very minimal. And some people might ridicule this report. But the bottom line is, I was scammed by this company. And that money, even how little it is, it still is my hard-earned money.
