Electrified Discounters - elctrifieddiscounters.com RIPOFF!! THEY SELL INFERIOR LAMPS AND DO NOT LET YOU RETURN THEM Hamden, Connecticut
Do not waste your time. They advertise a lower price than any other company, but they do not provide anything of value.
I ordered a lamp for my TV. First of all, it looked worse than the old one that came with my TV. I called them and after about a week I finally got a human on the phone and they convinced me that I got a brand new lamp inside my housing. My first mistake was ordering from them, my second mistake was believing this lie.
I installed the used lamp in my TV and guess what, nothing. Back to another two days of chasing them on their phones. I finally got threw to them by email and they wanted nothing to do with a return and said my lamp was under warranty and they could only replace it for me. My third mistake.
They sent me another one after I PAID to return their JUNK. It did not work either.
Now they tell me I am out of my warranty and there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO.
I have been ripped off completely and if I lived any closer to their office I would love to meet the degenerates who work there.
I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and have had to file a charge back with my credit card company to attempt to get my money back.
Bottom line, they are HORRIBLE and have caused me hours and hours of wasted time and wasted money.
