This company is not at all what it seems. The worst costomer service imaginable and a complete waste of money. Needed to relocate and wanted to cancel the account by paying a reasonable penalty but no one will call me back to cancel. Was told we had a 3 year agreement we could not get out of even if we didnt recieve services although this was undisclosed to us when we set it up. Installer failed to fully install the system in the first place and no one came by to follow up. Now we have no way to contact the company. Calls, emails, and complaints are not being addressed. Please dont put yourself in the same possition. Stay away from elevate for your security system. Not only is it a rip-off but it is a consumers worst nightmare. They will take your money and never return your calls. You cannot cancel or get help. I beg you to do your research. Had I looked online first I would have seen that I am not the only person to be abused by this SCAM of a company. If you don't want to take my word for it just try to call their customer service line or contact the BBB. Even a google search will show how bad this company is at "customer support".
