Elite Imports I got a car from them in 2012 it was a 2000 Jaguar I put down $4000 and the total price was $6200 I had the car for three months total and the timing belt broke. Noshi told me that they will fix but I never seen the the car again. I was very upset about it I politley told noshi I need my cash back so he told me to talk to sam so I can get a loaner until further notice on a engine for the car. I drove the can for two months I had got very irritated by the lies and waiting around I told them I was getting a laywer but never did at the time because i'm a single mom with very little funds. Long story short they gave me a 2002 jeep but told me I had to Finance the car I told them that I didn't have a job that I couldn't afford it he told me that he will make the pull some strings for me so that I can get the car so he called the loan company and told them that I work for Indiana bus and group which I don't even know about I never work for them or nothing I thought it was fraud too because I'm like why would you do that well now i'm stuck with two accounts on my credit how can I dispute these accounts they opened in my name? Now I don't have a car at all. I just found out they been busted by the feds and I need my money back. I

Read your contract. I don't work for this dealer or any other dealership, but I have never seen a clause in any purchase contract that says you get your money back because the item you purchased needs repairs. If there is a warranty on the vehicle, then the dealership is obligated to repair in accordance with the warranty. If the contract is AS IS, then there is no repair warranty.
If you go to Sears to buy a dishwasher and the dishwasher doesn't work, you can't call Sears and say - come pick up this dishwasher and give me my money back. Why do you think you can do that with a car?
