I agree with 'pudding'. You should not be so quick to tell people that it's a total scam. They have helped thousands of people in the past and continue to help people today. I have a serious condition in which my body is allergic to tens of very common things in this world. I also have an extreme limp in my leg which forces me to walk with a cane. Obviously most single women out there would prefer to marry someone with out these disabilities. I signed up with this company knowing this and accepting the fact that it probably won't work. However, it did work and they did find me a beautiful woman who saw right past these issues and found the good characters inside me. Eventually, I married this woman. Yes, I agree that there are some people out there who have not been helped like me but they're not perfect. They never told anyone that they were and to expect them to be is not their fault. Again, like 'pudding' said above, your story is nice and no one is doubting it, but it's not fair to make them out to be a complete fraud just because of one bad experience.

Seeing a complaint like this is a bit frustrating at times. We have no contact information of the person that is complaining, nor do we even know if it's a legitimate client of ours. Many online websites like Ripoff.com, allow anyone to post complaints about companies, without a verification process or procedure in place. This complaint could have been filed from someone that is not a client of Elite Personal Search, or even a competitor trying to make Elite look bad. We would gladly address this persons complaint and would like to try to figure out how it is possible for someone to continue paying for a 6 month period, with no matches or contact with our company and not complain until after a 6 month period? This is not likely legitimate and this complaint must be from someone that is trying to make Elite look bad. If this complaint is legitimate, then Elite would like the person to please contact Guillermo at (310) 551-6600 so we can resolve their concerns and investigate their account. We hope to hear from Tooredphoenix, that is in Denver so we can address their concerns.

Listen 'Tooredphoenix'. I definitely feel bad for you because of how they treated you. But the fact is that you shouldn't be so quick to say that they're a total scam. I think that's a little harsh don't you????? I always like to give the benefit of the doubt, so I really don't think that you're such a terrible person but i do think that you need to be more understanding. I signed up a little over two years ago and in the beginning, I also wasn't happy. I complained a few times but still sat patiently. Eventually, I married one of the girls I was set up with. I agree that the price isn't so cheap but what do you expect? It's professional service. I'm not saying that your story is false or even far fetched. What I am saying is that you shouldn't tell people that they just want money and don't care about their customers. If you do more research, you'll find hundreds of beautiful stories and reviews of how they matched thousands of people together. Just think about what I'm saying. Good luck.
