We are another set of victoms by this cruel evil company that has been in buisness way too long. My wife and I had this company move our belongings from St Charles, MO to Chandler AZ starting on May 10th, 2002 and we still have not received our stuff.
It is now June 23rd and we have been dealing with Ben Levy and David since. They Quoted us a price of 2,100 dollars and since then has ballooned up to 4,300. They used the same scam as all the other testimonials I have read. They show up to your house late, load up your stuff and say that you have went over the estimate.
They give you a paper that is suppose to be a contract but it is written so badly I feel that it is a different language and on this occasion BULLY my wife into a tip. I was away at work or I would have told them were to put their tip.
We have since moved to Chandler AZ and are in an empty house with 3 kids, calling every day on any kind of information on the location of our belongings. They even told us that they were here on June 3rd and they could not reach us by phone but the only problem is that my wife was here and she gave them our cell phone #.
Now they want to charge us another 500 dollars because they had to put it back into storage. I am sick and tired of this company. When we try to argue with them on the phone, they simply put you on hold and do not pick the line back up. When we call back, they put us back on hold again.
I WANT THEM TO PAY for all the wrong they have done to us and everyone one that has been taken by them. I am working with my laywer and I would really appreciate it if anyone would contact us with any information that would help us. There are enough complaints on this site to put these people out of a commision for good. Contact Detective Steve Para at 954-797-2118 of the Plantation Florida Police Dept.His email address is [email protected] Also Captain Larsen at 954-797-2131, email is [email protected] Tell them your complaints,and see if they can be of help.Also send a complaint to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Hopefully,these people will be put of business very soon.

To all of you who are victims of Elite Van Lines, please remember one thing,Don't Give Up. That is what they want us to do, just get so disgusted and fed up that we say forget it. I will never say that, and will contiune this battle until these crooks are put behind bars,and the doors are padlocked for Good. Write everyone that you can think of, everyone news and television station you can think of, someone, somewhere will want to hear our story.
