Elite Video Productions Videos4Sandiego Ordered "the Master Keys of Influence" DVD set on 18 Oct 2009. Got the runaround. Internet
Ordered the Master Keys of Influence DVD set from this company Elite Video Productions. Opened a Paypal dispute and closed it on November 2nd after the customer service rep, Cindy told me through email that their website AND Paypal account had been hacked and the shipping option had been corrupted. I had absolutely no replies until I opened the dispute.
"Cindy" told me that because of the trouble she would offer me a free DVD as well as the DVD I ordered after I had payed for shipping, again through Paypal. 10 days later and no DVD set. Again I emailed Cindy and was told that they had sent the DVD to someone else who almost had my same name but was due to their database.
The DVDs in question are supposedly training in NLP techniques however there are no reviews of any of the DVDs offered on the website and several well known professional NLP trainers had never heard of Paul Rhines or his Influence Mastery training.
I paid $49 for for the supposed $149 value. The NLP community is global and relatively small and this business is fishy. Let me also add that I did find a cell number for the owner of Elite Video Production on a business profile website. When I called I did in fact speak with Mr. Rhines who assured me that it would be taken care of.
Also, one phone number at influncemastery.com rings at some woman's house. She told me that Mr Rhines had lived there but had moved out and didn't know that Mr. Rhines was using her phone number.
I have asked for a full refund two weeks ago and have had zero replies to the request.
Very bad experience
