Ellis Moving And Storage ripoff Movers stole several old guns - once at new house scratched wood floor and broke hanging lamp - never took care of - never heard from again after several calls to "BOB" Nashville Tennessee
Ellis Movers moved us from Ann Arbor, MI to Murfreesboro, Tn in 1999 when we were transfered by our company. Ingram Bk paid them to move all of us that were transfered. When they arrived to our new house they deeply scratched the hard wood floors when they were moving our china cabinet. They also broke the glass out of the large lamp hanging from the ceiling. A couple weeks after we unpacked we realized that all of my husbands guns were missing (the movers packed us). These were civil war / antique guns. We contacted Bob several times, all with the promise that he would file a claim and get back to us. We finally got tired of calling and being lied to. Five years later, we are still waiting for a response from him. They were good movers but have crooks working for them and they do not take care of problems when they come up. Our homeowners insurance would not cover us for the loss of the guns, they said it was the movers responsibility,

Ellis Moving and Storage, LLC came under new ownership in 2007. Since then, the moving and storage facility has become Military approved, an agent with North American Van Lines, and is in excellent standing with the BBB. We are a secure, 60,000 square foot warehouse that can accommodate all relocation and record storage needs. Ellis Archives is a division of Ellis Moving and Storage and it was started in 1997. Our company has a partnership with several leading companies the the Nashville area and nationwide. I am proud to say that I am an employee of the new Ellis Moving and Storage.
