Elly's World Elly's professional steam hair straightener was what I thought I purchased. I bought it from Instagram or Facebook on July 22, 2017. They said it would take 4-6 weeks to get it in the mail. I contacted their support email and never heard back from them. I went on my order status and it said, Sorry this page doesn't exist. I am so upset and I want my money back! Internet **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**
I bought the Elly's Professional Steam Hair Straightener on July 22, 2017 through Instagram or Facebook. I was told by e-mail that it would take 4-6 weeks to receive it in the mail. 4-6 weeks passed and I did not receive any notice or any product in the mail, so I emailed the support email address that was given to me. I did not get any replies from their support team. I clicked on my order status and it sent me to a web page that said shopify and sorry this shop is currently unavailable. I was scammed! Google these two words and look what pops up on the first page of Elly's World Here is my prediction. I really believe that this company will not be in business very long because they're getting a large number of complaints all over the Internet and they don't even provide a phone number where you can call them and express your concerns or try to find some way of getting your refund which I believe will never. Companies like this usually don't last very long because it's all about the money in many cases of the businesses that do not last very long it's not about their product it's not about quality it's not about the customer it's just about getting the customers credit card number and whack the crap out of it. Now you have my prediction. I believe that the company will not be around very long yes you'll find videos that anybody could produce and dump on YouTube and play Saul over some kind of cosmetic social websites, but the bottom line is there were too many customers that are complaining about this company may be my prediction will come true. I really find it odd that this company does not post a phone number where you can call them if you have issues that need to be dealt with but consumers continue to part with their money on some janky website and give their money away Fools and their money are always soon parted
