On July 30, 2017 I placed an order and purchased an Elly's Professional Steam Hair Straightener for $49.97 from an ad on Facebook which directed me to their website. I got an email from them thanking me for my purchase with an order number and also stating I would be notified when it is sent but to please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. They obviously charged my credit card a couple of days later and took my money. When I was trying to get a status on my order by looking for a link from their email to view my order or visit their store, I got directed to checkout.shopify.com and ellysworld.com which then states sorry this shop is currently unavailable.
