Brizuela offer his service to Modified Loan on our home he charge us $1000.00 dollars up front he did nothing for us he took the $1000.00 dollars never answer our calls and his reason where he wanted more money we said no we have the receipt for $1000 dollars from Elmer.We found out he is a Realtor Salesman he is not even authorize to do Loan modifications.What he did was illegal because he is not authorize to do Loan Modifications.So anyone who comes across this person offering Loan Modifications Beware.His office was in Whittier Ca he no longer works there he is somewhere is Walnut Ca.We also know of more victims from this person his License#01503191 Salesman license...
