Signed up with telemarketer in April 07. Results guaranteed, no contract, cancel anytime. I called in May to find out why we weren't seeing any results. I was told it wasn't "set up" and they gave me some instructions that would help. There were not any on going monthly charges from them (only the $99.00 set up), since we weren't getting any results and was told it hadn't been completely set up, we thought it appropriate there were no charges.

I called again in July and August and got a voice mailbox. They did not return any calls. I called again in September and finally got a representative on the line. At first they said it wasn't set up, then told us if we paid for back months they would get us "on line". We told them we did not want the service and we weren't going to pay past months when they admitted we weren't getting the service. When we said we weren't going to pay for something we didn't get, the representative threatened to turn us in for collection.

My company credit card has a pretty low limit just to protect me when I do this sort of transaction. In October they kept running through my card until they figured out the limit. They ran three charges on three different days! I have documentation, names and emails. It is obvious they are in the business of collecting credit card information and not the service provider they claim.

I was finally contacted by Carol Lee Clark. Very professional and diligent. She reviewed what had happened and processed a refund for me. Took a while, but it happened. Being a business owner myself, I don't like seeing any company suffer. Hopefully they do have a product and they can find the way to much better customer service. Ms. Clark is a good problem solver and representative for them. If they have more people like her, there may be hope.
