Complaint Review: ELocal Listings - Temecula California

I find it amusing how you continue to create your own positive reviews eLocal (yahoo reviews). It doesn't take a psychologist to tell how pathetic you attempts are. Continue to write your fake reviews change your name to Wiz whatever garbage you want, sell all the little organic pills you want; the fact remains your still the same old elocal. The purpose behind these post are obvious, to expose you and your scams! It seems your pitch has changed, calling up businesses and offering SEM a.k.a. SEO and Pills. The same game with the different name switch-a-roo, but if all these posts are incorrect then why has even the CEO of the company admitted you product doesn't work, and I quote: "SEO/SEM is like throwing a cooked pot of spaghetti at the wall, some of it will stick most of it will fall, you just continue throwing new pots and hope that its sticks." -Tim Judd Great business model! Hay Todd (VP of Sales) have you told everyone? Your Bro and Dom are going to be cell mates how exciting! On top of that it's for the same reason or worse! Wasn't he one of your resellers? You should have been a better example... The funny thing is how one man can be ridiculed for his actions but the company chooses to leave another out. How convenient like always. What someone does on their own time is totally up to the individual, what is considered a waste to some can be very informative to others. For example, since these posts you have some minute changes, you don't have your old TPV recording anymore promising to place you one Yahoo, Google and MSN + 50 other major search engines. Why? Because even you know it was a lie you where lucky to get Yahoo or Google for your customers and to prevent massive lawsuits and refunds you changed it without telling anyone. Don't believe me? If you have been with them longer than 10 months ask a customer service rep for the TPV recording and see them stumble like a drunk. TPV recording should remain as archives for at least Two years by Law. Better yet have you told your customers your success rate for optimization? About 20% right? How does a company conduct business when only producing results for 20% of their customers? It is a common practice that customers whom want to cancel, get put on hold for extended amounts of time, while the Customer Service reps, sit there and chat/gossip and or make fun of you. They will also transfer you into the call queue HELL. Only if they feel there is a chance of you staying on board will they try to address your concerns, especially since they get a bonus based on retention rates. It is amazing that the same people who receive this "BONUS" are the same management that promote this type of behavior to BOOST their BONUS by reporting on these calls versus the total cancellations. How effective is it to have the same person be in charge of their Bonus for that given pay period? Investors NOTE: Sounds weird, there is really no checks and balances in place. One of these managers belong to the same Swingers Group that runs eLocal, in fact she currently lives with their VP of Finance and not with her new husband. She even fired her former lover because they broke up, talk about a sexual harassment liability. The HR Director wont touch her, since they are all in the same Sex Group, and will instead protect this type of illegal behavior. Investor NOTE: This behavior is accepted within a special circle of individuals which are untouchable, until now. If you want to really see the eLocal Management at its finest feel free to go to The Beer and Wine Garden or Aloha Joes in Temecula. Just look for their eLocal shirts, or for a pair of two old women(haggs with breast that make them look like freaks of nature) and a garden gnome (I guess it is a circus after all) trying to pick up on everyone in the restaurants. Sorry to post the Company's dirty laundry here, but it is amazing, no one can complain, because of fear of retaliation and loss of employment especially in this tough economy. I would recommend that any employee that has been fired and or harassed to send me an email with contact information. It will soon be time to file and take action. For all the people that have been RIPPED OFF, you can do everything they do here and with a return in under 2 months of their fees(I am not affiliated with this company and or its software). Many addictive substances are 'natural' in origin and perhaps it's only fitting, if not ironic, that relief from their impact can be derived naturally. The quote of the success story is from someone on VICODINE (pharmaceutical narcotic), although its properties can be traced to some natural core product. So let me get this straight, to get sober and drug free, take YOUR drugs? That is the biggest crock of garbage I have ever heard, please tell Mr. Vu that he better have his current Barr license up to date, because you'll need it. No ingredients labeled, probably because you are posting it as an all natural supplement to bypass FDA regulations. GOOD job! Same shady people running a different scam, this time praying on the individuals fears of addiction and trying to provide a false hope. You need to have a disclaimer on your site that this PILL, is NOT an alternative to REAL professional treatment and detox. The core to ones own mental illness and addiction is never in a PILL, but is related to events either in the past or present that has affected ones own psyche. You need to cure the root cause and not offer another form of
