I signed up for nine offers in order to meet the six offers redemption requirements for a free Dell laptop. The status page says that redemption requirements not met but lists six of the nine offers I signed up for as completed. I tried to contact the company several times by phone and using their customer service page but I have not received any response.

I decided that I had enough and I filed a report with the BBB of S.E. Florida today.

... I finally received my laptop :)

After some research of the web registry I found the fax number of EMarket Research Group 654-337-9221. I sent them a fax and I got response on the same day by phone confirming that I qualified for the laptop and stating that it will be shipped soon. I kept checking the status on the web site but it had never changed until one day it changed to "Current Status: Redemption Requirements Not Met" and it seemed that I had to sign up for more offers. I sent them another fax requesting the tracking number for my shipment and that did it. I got a phone call with the tracking number and after one week I received a BRAND NEW Dell Laptop sealed with the exception of the outside box which was opened to enclose a testimony form. I checked Dell store and the same laptop is sold for $800 after discounts. I'm happy with the ending but it took too much time and effort. I cancelled all the offers I signed up for and got my money back but that took hours on the phone either on hold or talking with the customer service of each sponsor. I had to call some of them four or five times until I got my refund.
