Purchased a teblet for my 86 year old mother as a way for her to communicate. The tablet battery exploded rendering it useless. I contacted Ematic and was given instructions on how to return it. They provided a shipping label and I did exactly what was asked of me. They received the unit back on August 1, 2018. At this time I was told a replcement would be shipped in 4 to 6 weeks. Afetr this time expired I was told 4 to 8 weeks. Whenever I call to follow up I get hung up on when I ask for the reasons why it has yet to be replaced and why I was told 2 weeks ago it would ship that next day, which it has not. I have not raised my voice, or have done anything that would warrent them to hang up. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were not available and they would return my call the next day. I have heard nothing. I want this tablet replaced, I feel as I have been robbed.
