Embassy Autowash Fairfax Employee Theft Fairfax Virginia
I had just come after a doctor's appointment and had my insurance cards on the passenger seat of my car. I noticed immediately that they were missing when they had finished washing my car and got back into the driver's seat. I addressed the situation with the employees and the manager, Beth. The initial response from the manager was that the cards must have accidentally been thrown in the trash and she would look for them. They were not in the trash. When I suggested that they had probably been stolen, she simply said she didn't think her "guys" would do that. No questioning, no investigation into the matter and no apology.
