After buying a new computer, we received a card from emusic.com saying we had 25 free songs to download. With no obligations to their company. We looked at the site one time and never used it to download music or even thought of it again. That is until we were balancing our checking account. Emusic.com were taking out $9.99 a month since Oct./Nov. 2001 and is still continuing to. We have e-mailed trying to stop this service that we do not use or want. We have also made numerous phone calls. all we get is an answering machine with different extensions, or nobody knows who is the right person you should be speaking with. e-mails have gone unanswered and no return calls. our bank is not allowed to stop these sorts of payments. We are paying emusic.com 10.00 a month for nothing. apparently we are in the wrong business. We would just like to be refunded our money and the have the withdrawls stop. BEWARE OF EMUSIC.COM
