I asked for this service to be canceled after further investigation and was promised that it would be. They still drafted the $169.95 out of my account and I have never received any information in the mail from them, as they promised.

It is important that you now change all bank account numbers, they might have access to through your online bank or even traditional one. Encore Financial Resources is a brand new division of Ence Group LLC, which has been around since 1982. If scamming is their specialty then they are very good at it, and have possibly been doing this for a long time. The difference now is that they are climbing on to the web. You need to ACT FAST to try and collect a refund, so here is some contact information to start with: Encore Financial Resources 216 West St.Goerge Blvd., #F St. Goerge, UT, 84770 Principal/Registered Agent: Mr. Richard Ence Phone: 1-435-688-8331 Administrative Contact: Morris Workman same address posted above Phone: 1-435-674-4444 Fax: 1-435-628-6261 I don't even bother with giving out email addresses any more, because it is so easy for the business you are trying to contact to just delete your message and ignore you, and you are left with no evidence of your attempt to find resolution. If possible, TELL YOUR BANK you are possibly a victim of deceptive selling practices and fraud. Give them this information, encourage them to research it for themselves, and see if they can help you recover $169. DON'T TAKE TOO long, because it becomes more and more difficult to get any results. I've been to the entrance of the site, which requires a "Member Login" in order to receive more information. IF possible, for the sake of helping others you might consider sharing their "Terms of Service" or "Member Agreement" with us. Please get back to us on how this turns out. Thank you.
