I purchased a vehicle on August 11th 2017 and still have not received my title and tag. 2nd temp tag expired on October 15th and now they're treating me like I'm at fault. I've been verbally abused by Justin on more than one occasion, I also know they lied about mileage and true condition of this vehicle.

You may file a complaint against the dealer with the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicle through their website at flhsmv.gov. The complaint affidavit is available on the forms page. Email the complaint to [email protected].
