Endless Youth/Youthful Essence By Susan Lucci dishonest!fraudulent!cancelled and still charged my card and sent product!!! Palm Desert /New Castle Or Wilmington Delaware/ California
I ordered product on 10/26/06 and during the phone call for the youthful essence product order (I saved the infomercial on my DVR) they asked me if I would like to try their vitamins for $4.99 and I opted to try them.
The Youthful Essence products came in about 10 days or 2 weeks, but the vitamins didn't show up until about 8 weeks later!I decided that I wanted to cancel my autoship and did so.
When I came back from my vacation, I had a package from Endless Youth (that I did not order!) The Postman had marked that he left it on 12/18/2006! They charged my cc on 11/29/06 for HALF of the price! $33.94, when I called to complain, they said that I could send them back, but I would still have to pay the postage! I don't think so as I did not order the vitamins!!!
They say that they are not the same company! But they were offered under the same customer service and they did not mention they were separate companies the night I ordered!
I am very unhappy and am sure hoping that my cc company will help me out with this problem as I feel I have been ripped off HORRIBLY and I want any unsuspecting customers out there to be aware of this terrible RIPOFF!
Susan Lucci should not put her name on this SCAM! (however I must add that I am not unhappy with the Youthful Essence products, I just think it's a SCAM that the vitamin company being linked with it makes it WRONG!)
