Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I wrote the first ripoff report about Energy Automation Systems, Inc. 5 weeks ago today. Since that time a large amount of activity has taken place in this forum, but one significant event has not taken place. WHAT IS MISSING?

I posted my real name and my real location. EASI knows who I am as do probably 100 or more other dealers. Others have also posted with their correct identity. Some have not. Some have allegedly posted imitating other identities. We have also seen rebuttals. One from a relatively new dealer still trying to make the EASI business work. One from a former dealer (who now sells his own business opportunity) pretending to rebut his own prior posting. He verbally confirmed this to me and at least one other dealer. Two rebuttals from actual employees upset about an apparent anonymous posting that included their names.

WHAT IS MISSING? EASI management has known of this forum for at least 3 weeks and has offered no public comment (only private threats). I can understand a lack of interest in those postings that were personal. But, mine were not. While there are a number of fraudulent aspects regarding this "business opportunity", I would settle for responses to the 2 main ones I have registered here and in other forums.

How do you justify a claim of 80,000 project installations? You use this in advertising to lure new business opportunity purchasers. This would mean that at least 4,500 new projects are installed each and every year for the last 17 years. Given that you cite a small installations as being $20,000, that would mean that your "product" sales alone should exceed $30-$35 million per year and realistically be much more since you also cite large prospects exceeding several hundred thousand dollars each. Also, the insurance premiums paid under your "guarantee" should exceed $2.5 million.

What are your sources of revenue? How much do you make each year from selling dealerships? How much from selling marketing materials and other support services to your dealers? How much from actual products sold? Through the efforts of another dealer, we know that you sell from 150-200 new dealerships per year. This would mean that dealership revenues alone are $5+ million. If you are who you say you are, then that would be a small portion of your overall revenues instead of the overwhelming majority as more than atleast 100 dealers contacted now believe.

If you can answer these questions honestly and with information that would dispel the above suspicions, then why don't you defend your employees and your organization? Your employees names will be listed as defendants and witnesses in the inevitable civil and, potentially, criminal litigation. A number of people external to your organization may also find themselves being defendants or witnesses. Anyone that received compensation to allow you to perpetuate this con should ultimately be included.

NO - EASI did not "wrench money from dead hands", but they lied and lied significantly to have people believe they are something that they are not. Anyone that participated in the deception will ultimately be held accountable. I know Joe Merlo is a millionaire, but are the rest of you getting paid enough for your complicity? You DO know who I am. Feel free to e-mail me privately if you have information that would further the cause of those defrauded.
