I rented a car from Enterprise Rental Car at 2958 E South Blvd Montgomery AL 36116 for Labor Day weekend. I did an after hours return only to be later notified that the car was damaged on the driver's side. I have repeatedly asked for photos of the damage and almost 30 days later stillhave not recived them. I spoke to someone at the location name Caleb,(I may have his name incorrect) promised to send photos of damage over Sept 5, 2018. I called the following week to advise I still have not recieved the photos and he still hasn't sent them .
I received a letter requesting insurance information and/or credit card information. The letter did not even have an amount of what is owed for the made up damages. It seem so unprofessional. I question why would I give you a credit card number and you can't give an amount owed, or photos of the made-up damages. They have already taken my $200 deposit and I am not giving them anything else with out proof of damages.
I am at fault for not taking a video of the car before I left it. I walked around the car before I left home and there were not damages. The people at the location are scamers. I will be contacting the BBB to report this incident because I work to hard to get scammed.

Setting aside the matter of damages, you say you are going to contact the BBB. What do you expect the BBB (with all their BS) to do? Are you aware the BBB is NOT part of ANY government body? Are you aware the BBB is NOT part of ANY law enforcement body? Are you aware the BBB doesn't have ANY power to do ANYTHING??? The BBB-BS has gone to great lengths to deceive the public into thinking they have some sort of law enforcement power...which they DO NOT! The ONLY reason they refer to themselves as "the bureau" is in furtherance of this deception. The ONLY purpose of the BBB-BS is to SELL their phoney useless "accreditations" to ANY business which wants to buy one. The PHONEY rating is a bought and sold item much like you can go on line and buy a fake college diploma which says you are a brain surgeon, so that you can hang it on your wall as a joke. The point is, please do not attach ANY importance to the BBB-BS because all they are is a scam to SELL their PHONEY ratings. Anybody who has been in business for 15 minutes knows this!
