I answered a ad in a paper about a program similar to a cash grant i sent in the money required to start the paperwork and the profile on the amount i needed . i have received many replies from this company telling me they are still working on it that suits me not to give up and be cofident. i have wrote to them several times requesting more information or the return of my application fee but it was never sent.
