Envato, Themeforest.net, graphicriver.net codecanyon.net Horrible Customer Support After Purchasing Their Products! Victoria 3000 Australia Internet
Be careful when doing business with this company. After you purchase their themes, plugins, or whatever, they offer very little customer support which is always delayed 24 to 48 hours or more. When you try to contact the company to complain about any of the people who sell things through their website you are put into a never ending loop and never provided with any direct contact link. Try clicking the contacts link at the bottom of their homepage and you will surely enter this never ending loop and will not be provided wit anyone who is willing to help you. Like the typical bulls#it online retailer, their customer service and support is horrible!
