Envato Total Ripoff Melbourn Internet

I purchased a theme from Envato, and it could not be installed per the included instructions. I contacted Envato several times requesting support, and was totally ignored. When I requested a refund they simply replied: We can't refund for you. Please open ticket if you have any issues with our theme. Can you imagine having a commercial website using one of their themes, and receiving that kind of support?
