- I am going to recommend that ESA check with members to see if you are sending others these slanderous emails and sue you.
- You must be a drunk or some kind of moron to never let this go.
- If the inspector you are unhappy with has gone unpunished for what you claim he did (or did not do) it is your own d**n fault.

I don't know either Daniel or Timothy and although I did receive my mold testing certification through ESA I haven't had enough dealings with them to form any definite impression of the company so I have no axe to grind here. I will say that my experiences to date with ESA have been positive and that this is the only complaint against them I've seen.
That being said, as a home inspector here in Illinois and having run several other successful businesses I know that word of mouth is the single most important advertising medium for any business. This report really bothered me and I feel compelled to say something.
I've read Daniel's Ripoff Report several times and I still don't see how ESA played any part in Timothy's (alleged) actions. No school providing training or certifications can be held responsible for the actions of anyone who's simply taken a class through them; it's not right to adversely affect their reputation like this. I am not dismissing Daniel's concerns in any way - but why not be fair and keep this as a business disagreement concerning only the people directly involved?
I hope the two of you can come to a peaceful resolution; a professional mediator might be a good idea.
And I sincerely hope this site is monitored and that if nothing else the original subject is changed so that this personal feud doesn't show up whenever someone does an Internet search for ESA; that's just wrong.

This is an email I recieved from Timmy after I failed to show up in court. Just wanted all members and staff of ESA to know that I had my day in court with Mr. Schuler earlier today after a month and a half of waiting after he postponed. The coward did not even have the courtesy to show up and attempt to defend his ranting. Case dismissed in my favor. Just goes to show that you can complain all you want but when the devil in the details comes out, those who are honest and reputable are ultimately vindicated. Timothy M.
