We documented a quote for a locksmith job for a Paper Source location in Cleveland, OH. The store was being switched over from a LFIC system to SFIC system. Several times we were sent over being told parts were on site, in fact, they were not. We finally told Josh we would provide/source the parts, and provided a detailed quote, and it was approved. This is documented. $590 total.
After work was completed, they decided to only pay $590, essentially ripping us off of our parts! We will likely have to wait 6 months for payment, to boot. Do not trust these clowns with your resources, as they will not keep their promises, commitments, or agreements.

We ended up being paid $475 for a $590 quote.
I can't stress enough.....avoid!

Envoy did NOT pay in full, deducted 1/3 of the approved quote.
Avoid this shady outfit, they are not worth it.

The company quickly responded to settle this in a fair and swift manner.
I regret not being able to delete this report, but, if I receive payment in full, for services rendered, I will be very happy!
