Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Epainmedsglobal built my confidence until 9/07, I have every email (showing thier multiple times they changed their munbers, and am in the process of getting my last two dbl charges reversed through my credit card.

I'm interested in anyone who was been successful in doing that?

I have been using them for some time and received a lot of good feedback (at the time) and did a lot of research to make sure that they were legal.

They asked for everything they were supposed to, read my records, the Dr. spent a great deal of time discussing other options along with this pharmaceutical option. They wanted proof that you had been taking this certain dose, etc.

Suddenly, they started sending me emails randomly, the Dr. spent 2 minutes, and they took that money out of my credit card before they even sent the script to a pharmacy. Plus, they could care less that the medication was being taken for a reason and that I can't suddenly stop "deal with the pain" as they took 6 weeks to get the meds sent and then add insult to injury (no pun intended); they start charging you more for Saturday delivery; who cares about a Saturday delivery when it's been a month and a half since your account shows that "your card has been charged". I was foolish to order this last on as they've been getting so bad and that obviously their scripted response "there has been some delays", or "we had some issues with some pharmacy's, and have now hired new ones that are getting caught up on the backlog".

They did this before and then came back with a new phone number (I've kept every email and some of the other website info and they crashed once and then came back stronger then before and more organized.

This time; the last 2 refills I received did not contain legitimate Watson meds (in my opinion) they changed the size, and were not made approved by the FDA; I was a certified pharmacy tech and they were not even the same size, extremely chalky, tasted different and made me sick. I've stopped having side effects (good and bad) years ago. I only made this last order because I wanted to bring in one from the last couple orders and ask then to compare them to theirs.

My guess is that I was not the only one to notice this.

I finally spoke to my credit card company and explained what had happened and was so sure that they would tell me that purchasing meds online was such a bone-head if not illegal move that they wouldn't even touch it.

To my surprise; the gal didn't blow me off, she even admitted to having a similar situation. She encouraged me to challenge the charge.

Has anyone ever attempted this? If so, did you succeed? If not out of fear, it may not be as bad as you may thing, theyre counting on all of us being to ashamed to file a complaint.

As you know; their website had everything one would expect and look for from a legitimate USA FDA site. If that was true; and they were flawless for years; we did not knowingly participated in any activity other then try and keep our personal medical issues private. They were still advertising overnight delivery when they were telling me that it would take much longer than that.

To good to be true?
