you can 'poo poo' about contracts & missing details & lying sales reps.
FACT is this EPS 90 & American Financial Services & whomever you want to alias your 'service' as. You (bank wise) only have the name of Merrik Bank on those contracts but as each month the 'fees' are taken by automatic withdrawl they link to Wells Fargo!
You remove Credit card fees for no service provided - I mean that the fees are deducted even when you do not use that service or signed up for the service - ever.
And then after you (the business that has been screwed out of all these fees, charges, maintenance... stop promoting this as a finance company - this after many fees & warranty for the expensive machine that you charge 4 times the cost for AND the annual fee (need I go on)
AND even after you formally cancel the contract in writing & have your return receipt - STILL you remove those fees...
We had to change our checking acct as we disputed those above mentioned charges for the months of Nov & Dec... Still you attempt to steal more money this Jan.
EPS 90 & American Financial Services are professional banking theives!
Furthermore; they still owe us in the neighborhood of $2500! They can mail a check - but then they lied about the 90 day up to $5000 guarentee. We are not holding our breath, if you know what I mean.

It is sad that so many seem to be misled by sales people, but people lie all the time, this is not new to society. People should always read a contract before signing it, it is a legal document and unfortunately ignorance is not a legal defense.
Although I feel bad when someone is taken advantage of, I also feel that we should take responsibility for our own actions or laziness to check the details. It is our own responsibility to take care of ourselves by doing our due diligence, not a random sales persons, and not the companies.
