I was shopping in Trader Joe's down town. They had a jazz festival going on down there. I went to get food. Put my groceiries in car with recipet on dash. I locked my car back up walked to the next shop in the same complex.
Went into starbucks to get my coffe came out and there was a boot on my car. I showed the booting guy with no company shirt, car or information other that a hot orange sticker my reciepts. He forced me to pay $75 or I would not be able to go home.
I was held hostage aginst my will by means of force with machinery, extored for my money as a grociery shoper. I was frightend , robbed, kidnapped by a company called EPS of Atlanta.

Did you call the police??? These are federal offenses. What is a "grociery shoper" ?? I think you parked where you were not supposed to in an area that had signs such. Please go back to school and learn how to spell.
