We purchased a lovely puppy from EPuppyPro's. Our Bella ends up having a severe genetic defect in both her knees which was dx by two independent vets. We started looking at the warranty for the puppy and find the language on the web site, actually on the different web sites she advertises, all are different and misleading. I have all the documents to back this up. Beware, she also told my wife the puppies are from Russia where they have puppy mills. Its about the money and not the animal. I cant prove this, but I dont think she can not prove it. I suggest looking at all the other above the board breeders that care about you and the animal and not the dollar. Ps. dont be fooled by all

the stamps of approval on the bottom of her web site. My research finds none of them

approve of her breeding skills.

ONE OF WHICH you said was great - the other I have agreat health check to you when she was SOLD to you - but you have said e in years prior that she needed surgery. I hope everything is good. Thanks Danielle

Irresponsible

Don't support this type of breeding. It is completely irresponsible. These puppies had to have been sick before shipping took place. If a person is a skilled breeder they would definetly notice something not right with the puppy. Breeding any kind of dog is a full time job. One or both of the parents should be available to the buyer for observation. If the puppies were not born into the hands of the breeder, I don't want the dog. Granted these little babies are so cute on the website---but taking a cute picture in a cute setting does not equal a QUALIFIED BREEDER. In one comment the owner of the company was quoted saying she had sold hundreds of puppies from 25 breeders since 2005. That should say a lot to everyone right there. That is ridiculous. These little guys should not be used for a get rich quick scheme. I know some great quality breeders of another type of breed and this sickens those who know what these puppies have most likely been through so epuppypro could make some cash. There seems to be no committment to the new owner or the puppy after money has changed hands. This is definetly Quanity over Quality. It sounds as if she just woke up one day and said "I think I will sell bulldogs"

On your web site you state, "We work with many breeders & owners from around the world." Can please provide me with a list of your breeders? If not, why? Can you provide me with your business license? It appears you dont have one. Can you provide me with your tax payer ID for the your business? Can you provide me with a business address. You list it as your home. The local authorities tell me when they visited you, you told them you have no dogs on the your property. Do you have a vet check the dogs imported in from out of the country after very their very long plane ride, hours of sitting in customs to confirm their healthy and ok? Whats the Vet name and phone number? Its nice to see you changed your policy on the guarantee and clearified the health issue to death only. When folks buy a puppy with any other problems, you can now honestly tell them tough, not covered.

RIDICULOUS and UNTRUE

#6REBUTTAL Individual responds

Fri, March 23, 2007

WOW - some people have nothing better to do. Have you actually checked out ALL the businesses listed on this site? Everything from individuals to HUGE CORPORTATIONS such as Best Buy, etc are listed. This is a way for people to VENT and talk out on issues they think are merrited. I am not trying to rip anyone off! Like you even stated, you are glad that all the puppies I have placed in their homes - out of all of them about less than 1 % has been upset about something. I do stand by my puppy agreement and have replaced 3 puppies that have died from genetic proven cases. These people are all very happy too. SInce the FBI internet fraud division has received around 237,000 complaints in 2006 alone, I AM ALWAYS telling and informing people about scam websites - People pay for puppies and never even get anything! Like I said before, BBB - I am not a member - I dont respond because I dont feel the need to JUSTIFY a complaint when I have already spoken with that particular customer and repsonded to them. I am not the only person out there that someone has complained too. EVERY company ever, I am sure has - I do my best to keep people informed of their papers, mail them out as soon as they come to me and deal with other issues. I am sorry I cant do what EVERYONE wants me to do. I do the best I can and am upfront with all my customers. MOST OF WHOM ARE THRILLED with their new family members!

Intent to Committ Fraud

#7Consumer Comment

Fri, March 09, 2007

After reading all these posts, 6 on this site, and seeing 5 on the BBB of Fort Worth, I have come to the conclusion that this Danielle lady is nothing more than a Fraud. My reasoning is this: several of you have brought to her attention that your dogs purchased from her have been diagnosed with medical conditions, several of them rare and life threatening. 1 is rare, 2 is coincidence, but after multiple dogs from the SAME dealer, that causes reasonable suspicion. Now the fact that several of you have attempted to contact her and she fails to respond to your posts or calls, causes more concern. She has even refused to respond to several omplaints via the Fort Worth Better Business Bureau (5 complaints). Then her responses of how "The dog was discounted by $400", does not relieve her from her responsibility to sell a valid product. More so, her justification that the contract states that if the dog dies within 1 year full replacement. (who would want another dog who probably will have same conditions) She states she is not GOD. That is about the only true fact she has provided. When she has been notified by multiple customers that their dogs are defective and she continues to sell these animals, KNOWING they are defective constitues FRAUD, which is a CRIMINAL ACT. Now the fact that she does this over the internet and multiple state lines, I believe can make it a federal offense, amongst the other state, county, city offenses. Imagine this, a toy manufacturer selling a toy. They find out it is defective, but continue to sell the doll. Someone gets hurt. Who would be liable? The manufacturer, right? They try to say that since you bought it discounted, it releases them from responsibility. Not! Here is another one. Say investors put their money into a energy company via stocks. The company states they are doing great, so more money flows into the company. Then one day, wham, no money in the my. Sound familiar? ENRON! This Danielle is no different then them. She has repeatedly been advised of defective products, yet continues to sell them. I urge all of you to continue in your attempts to stop this dealer from doing business. File reports with your local agencies (demand it! don't let them talk you out of it) Create websites advising others of her dirty practices. And most of all, stay strong. Good Luck Scott

Gerry from California Please list the agencies you have contacted so everyone who has received a sick puppy from Danielle Oneal/ E Puppy Pro can contact them as well. Please see my report under animal services, Fallsington Pa. I also wanted to let people know that I just found out that the vet certificates that you receive when the puppy is shipped, are not being signed by a licensed vet!!! I tried to speak with the vet that checked my puppy before she was shipped and was told that license number does not belong to anyone!!!! So Danielle if these puppies are so healthy why are you not having them checked by a licensed vet?

Better Business Bureau - EPUPPYPRO

#9Author of original report

Fri, January 12, 2007

I just got off the phone with Stacey Tennerson with the Forth Worth TX BBB office. She advises, EPUPPYPRO has had three complaints, with no response from Danielle regarding the complaints. Mine will be number four and I sense there are more coming. I've spent many hours chasing ways to resolve this and alert folks of her business practices. Its very sad Danielle is out making money on people with her shady business and she knows, we all have to jump thru so many hoops to get to her. I suspect she knows she reasonable shielded and knows/hopes people will give up vs keep forging forward to get to her and make her accontable. There's know dought in my mind, when I get her in front of a judge, she will be called on the carpet.

Criminal Action

#10Consumer Suggestion

Fri, January 12, 2007

I posted this response on the other complaint pages, but think all complaints should be made aware of the following: After reading your complaint, and coming from the law enforcement community, it sounds to me that Danielle sold you this dog with intent to never provide you with the papers. If this is the case, this would constitute Fraud, which is a criminal matter to be reported to your local authority. Since this is an internet crime you may be able to pursue federal charges as well as state and local. I also recommend you file complaints with the Texas Attorney General's Office, California Department of Consumer Affairs, as well as filing complaints with every Kennel Club she has posted on her website (I don't think they would like knowing they are be represented by a fraudulant "dealer"). I also find it strange that she has replied to the other posted complaints, but not yours. Check your original complaint to confirm the info is correct so she is receiving copies of your complaints. GOOD LUCK!

Gerry: Yes, my response is on this site, if you go to search, left hand side of search highlight Animal Abusers, then down at the bottom search by state , you will see my complaint. 3rd one listed i believe. Interestingly enough, Danielle has not even replied to mine yet! Yes, I did file a complaint with the BBB, so far I have just received the letter stating they are looking into it. I also filed a complaint with the internet portion of the FBI, I beleive its called the FC3? I recommend that you contact your local sherriff's office if you have not done so already, also I am writing letters to all the kennell clubs that she has listed on her website, sometimes they take things like this a little more seriously. Anyway, look up my complaint, let me know if you think.

Danielle, Why didnt you respond to the Better Business Bureau of Fort Worth Tx when they tried to contact you the last few months regarding my complaint with your company?(I have the paperwork from the BBB saying no response from owner, 817.332.7585) I'm glad to hear many of the folks who bought your puppies our happy. Its to bad you cant address the ones who arent. I guess I should of guessed the what type of person you are, when you told me you used to sell used cars. We all know about used car sales people. I always loved to read your finishing sentences. The way you treat people by ignoring making the wrong right is the problem. Its not that I'm mad at the world. I'm only mad at myself for dealing with a low life like yourself. By the way, I havent given up. I'm still researching legal options and plan on letting everyone I can know not to buy from you. With so many above the board breeders, why take a chance with you. Happy New Year.

PEOPLE HAVE THEIR CONTRACTS

#15REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, January 08, 2007

I'm sorry, but who are you? We dont try to hide anything or LIE to anyone. They have the contracts that say all the stipulations of the agreement, they also sign it and return it to us before they buy the puppy, so if they cant understand, I'm sorry. We are not the breeders and never have claimed to be. We have many many many happy customers and have done this for quite some time. We love the puppies. Sorry you dont even know me or the situation but yet you seem to love to gripe. Some people are just angry at the world. I, for one, am not and I dont choose to live my life like that.

Your guarantee is replacement if the puppy DIES within one year? Excuse me? How many puppies DIE within the first year of their life? You don't need to be in the puppy sale business and let's hope the rest of the canine purchasing world sees this report.

DANVILLE,CA - WHAT PEOPLE WILL DO

#17REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, November 21, 2006

This puppy was sold at a discount because she was one of the last of her litter. We discounted her by $400.00 Several months later and after the initial vet check was good, he tells me that she cant walk right and will need surgery to fix it. OUR guarantee is for the replacement of a puppy upon death within the first year. We are not hiding or scamming. I talked to this man and his wife and have a signed agreement with them stating THEY are responsible for all vet bills. I dont know why they think I should pay them now. I am not God and can not predict the future of all our puppies, which by the way are not from any puppy mills. We work with many breeders including some in the US and Texas. The puppy he bought was from Russia, but that makes no differnce. We care for all the puppies.
