This was a legitimate order - but was never delivered !
Billingsvc.com also Billinghlp.com refuses to refund or explain why the additional $26.23 charge except a currency conversion fee? indicating they or equidestore may be in Europe.
You have another complaint against this company I hope this will bring some justice.
