My wife signed up for the free trial of equinox day and night serum and rvtl cream online. Our bank accoutn was charged $0.99, $4.95. and $3.95 for shipping. There was no fine print or terms stating to let the company know within 14 days of cancellation. 16 days later there is a charge on my account for $99.00 for just the equinox day and night serum from Glowing Skin in Bluffdale UTAH, phone number: 1-844-258-2791. I called and spoke with two Indian males both with American names and very bad english, one named David and the other Aaron. They informed me she agreed to the terms by submitting the order, and if i mailed my trial samples back they would refund the money minus the shipping charges and a $20.00 restocking fee. I canceled my wifes bank card immediatley to avoid the $93.00 charge that I was informed would come out tomorrow, 02/10/2015 for the RVTL cream. Now I have to email them a cancellation verification because from what I have read about this scam, they tell you over the phone it is canceled and they never cancel they just keep charging you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Apparently this is a huge internet scam and now we are caught up in it.
