After signing up for their trial offer they then remove 90.00 dollars from your account without further notice. If you do go in to their website and find the terms, which are found at the end of the page in small writing, you do find that this is the deal.
They will continue to send the product every thirty days and continue to charge your account. So if you do not check your account regularly they can really stick it to you.
Lagally I think they probably have you but the fact is they are very deceptive and try to hide the fact that you will be billed 90.00 and they will continue to do this until notified to stop. I have been conned by this before and felt that I had read through the ad throughly and did not find any place that they ststed that they would be billing you and sending more.
They state that they will send you a trial offer, whiich I never received. Then after 15 days if you do not contact them they will send out product and bill you. They also offer a couple of different products in this trial. One for the face one for the eyes, so when they do bill they get you for 190.00. Not a ba scam for them but a bit embarassing for myself.
Now I can begin the phone calls to try to stop this mess that I have created. Beware this is a scram.
