Equinox Skin Care Todd Black Unauthorized credit card charges Internet
By the time the product arrived in the mail, I had second thoughts so I returned the package without opening it by taking it to the post office and writing "Return to Sender." However, I was charged $99.95 and then a second charge for $93.00. I called and asked that the charges be reversed. The first person I spoke to I couldn't understand. The second person was fairly rude but agreed to cancel the second charge but said that I could keep the second package (which I don't want). I asked to speak to the supervisor and was eventually allowed to talk to Chad Gerard. Chad was extremely aggressive and threatening. He kept asking to "have one good reason" why my money should be refunded. I explained everything and he refused. He was very menacing on the phone. Then he hung up on me.
This is a scam and is mail fraud.
