Equity Investments And Financial Services Inc., Ensign United States Drilling Inc. Sent me a letter with a check saying I won 450,000.00 in compensation drawing Toronto Ontario
I received a letter telling me I had won a compensation drawing organized for American and Canadian customers of Walmart,Sears, and home Depot Stores in conjunction with the Sweepstakes Association of North America. In the amount of $450,000.00 US dollars. Payable to me by a certified check and would be delivered to me by a courier company ( FedEx or UPS). They also enclosed a check for $4,500.00 to pay the taxes on my winnings.
It stated that I had to call the agent Kevin Jones and he would tell me how to do things to collect my winnings. When I talked to him and started asking questions he got very upset that I was drilling him. I knew then that it was a scam so I went online to look up the company for any fraud allerts.
I think it is horrible that we are so good to these foreigners and they then in return try to take advantage of us americans by scamming us. I hope that this will alert someone else who has recieved a letter such as the one that I got because it was very believable until I started questioning him.
