My name is Joseph. I live in Madison Mississippi. This guy Eric Williamson promised me he could help me with my credit scores. He gave me my new credit numbers then told me it was on a freeze until I pay him another 300. I lost over 700 he devistated me and my family especially at christmas time. I have called him with no responses. It was on craigslist on the financial area on Nov. 13 was when he posted it in the Jackson ms postings. I was informed by his bank they couldnt help me. Does anyone know how to help me on getting my money back and putting him in JAIL? THANK YOU

MATTER OF FACT THAT IS HIM RESPONDING TO JOSEPH'S COMPLAINT....TRUST ME HE IS NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING WITH YOUR CREDIT REPORT. HE ADVERTISES ON CRAIGSLIST THAT HE CAN TOTALLY WIPE YOUR CREDIT REPORT CLEAN IN 14 DAYS OR LESS ALONG WITH ADDING 2-3 TRADELINES ON THE CREDIT REPORT. HE ISN'T ABLE TO DO ANY OF IT!!!
MY CLIENT GOT ME INVOLVED AND ERIC WAS GIVEN $550 AND HE LAUGHED IT OFF AND TLD ME WHERE TO GO...BUT IT DOESN'T STOP THERE HE IS BEING INVESTIGATED BY THE FBI.
OH WHAT'S REALLY FUNNY AFTER I TOLD ERIC HE WAS BEING REPORTED TO THE FBI HE PUT MY NAME ALONG WITH MY BUSINESS NAME ON RIP OFF REPORT AS A SCAM,AND HE DID THE ULTIMATE, PUT HIS AD FROM CRAIGSLIST WORD FOR WORD ON RIP OFF REPORT TO TARNISH MY NAME,LOL!
HE IS A PIECE OF WORK.

If you paid this man for credit repair only 1 month ago, he may be in the process of repairing your credit.
Credit repair can take as long as 6 to 9 months. It would certainly not be completed in only one month.
As time goes on if you are not beginning to see some improvement in your credit files, then you would certainly be able to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs in the state in which Eric Williamson has his business.
I think it is a bit soon to assume that nothing is being done.
