Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

We went to Erie Island Resort from the 2nd to the 5th of Oct. 2015, and stayed in cottage 30 with 2 guess.  Went in to cottage and it was terrible, black mold, damaged walls, matresses that sunk in middle, so you were pracitically on top of each other, stains on matresses, no pans for inside of oven, door frames rotting away, back door stuck and was hard to open, outside light did not work, outside of frig drity and rusty, inside of bottom cupboard falling apart, a light fixture hanging, and dresser with all drawers damaged.  We went and asked to be moved to a diffirent cottage and they said that it was considered a rustic cottage and that they would get back to us and send a maintenace person to cottage also, well they didnt get back with us or send a maintence person.  The day we were checking out we asked to talk with a manager, they said she wasnt there so they took are number and said she would get ahold of us, but she did not.   We wanted to talk to manager about the deed and selling it back for 4,000, we are fully paid up on are ownership, but they want us to pay 4,000 to get out of are deed.  We bought into the resort a few years ago, which when we bought into it we also were buying into RCI, which we no longer have because of Erie Island Resort, we were also gave a deal where we would beable to stay in a cottage, 4 plex, or hotel for 99dollars a week, but when I called to make a reservation for a week for 99 dollars they said that it was 119 dollars and that it was only for 4 days and that is when we ended up with molded cottage 30, as mentioned above.  We took pictures of cottage 30 if anyone is interested in seeing them.  Also when we left resort we were informed that resort was shutting down from Nov 1st till April 1st which has never happen since we have been a member.  I also have seen different lawsuit against Erie Island Resort, for over selling and not honoring deals that were made.
