ESports Partners DO NOT ORDER FROM YOUR FAVORITE TEAM'S ONLINE PRO SHOP- THEY ARE THEIVES! ONLINE PRO SHOP FOR NFL TEAMS Texas
I ordered an online gift card for my nephew at eSports Partners, for his favorite NFL football team, the Colts. When ordering I was led to believe that they would contact my nephew by email with a "virtual gift card" or mail him the gift card directly. eSports partners did neither as my nephew never received the gift card from me. I asked him what he ordered with the gift card and he had no idea what I was talking about. eSports Partners gladly accepted my money for payment, but never bothered to tell the gift card recipient they had a gift card to spend. They stole my money and they will steal yours too.
When I called eSports Partners to ask what happened all they would say is it against company policy to refund gift cards. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted the card to be given to my nephew. They were totally stupid and unhelpful!! DO NOT order from them unless you want your money stolen by these theives!
