Essential Nutra rip off product is junk no customer service Escondido California
Beware!! No weight loss, no refunds, no supervisors to speak to, no web site,
I ordered a free trial from this company. I called and cancelled in the time alloted. I got talked into finishing what was left, about 7 days. I was told I had another two weeks to cancel if I wanted to.
A few days later I got another shipment. I called again I asked to speak to a supervisor, " none available" I explained the situation & told them I was sending the shipment back. They gave me a reference # for each bottle and a RMA# and said the charge would be credited.
I called again a week later to cancel the original order and was told that charge would be credited.
The original charge has never been credited and we just got billed another $98+for theshipment I returned - unopened.
I called again, no supervisor available, again. I was told my accountis closed and hung upon. I tried several moe times and each time was hung up on.
Iwentonline to find another #. They do not have a web site, The only phone # you will ever see is the customer service #. That will get you lied to and hung up on. There isno way to contasct this company andno way to get your money back.
On top of that you will not loose any weight.
