This claim is simply not true. While it is true that Essoll LLC is the owner of the domain PureNaturalAcai.com our company has never sold given away or otherwise distributed any Aai products. To be perfectly honest we considered marketing this product and that was why we purchased the domain. We decided against it in the end because there was already too much competition in the marketplace. Essoll LLC is not and has never been in anyway affiliated with the product Aai Berry Boom which is listed in the above complaint. Furthermore, I challenge the complainant to provide proof that we ever billed them. This is simply not true because our company has never sold aai products. Essoll LLC request immediate removal of this complaint on grounds of libel, and will seek legal action to protect the reputation of our business in the event these libelous remarks are not removed.

In addition to the US attorney general, you might want to contact the state of Florida attorney general where this company operates. Here's their website. http://myfloridalegal.com/consumer

The other company you may be searching for is out of California and thier phone number is 1.866.934.7536. I also order a trial of this product from this company and cancelled via phone at the beginning of November. Since then when I attempt to call I get the same message that you are caller #43 waiting to speak to a representative. When I get to be about caller #6 and have been holding for over an hour I get disconnected. Hope this is of some help to you

You can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision online. Took me about a 1/2 hour. Not sure how much good it will do but, eh. Also, Update - Spent a good 1 1/2 hours on the phone with my bank. They kept insisting that the merchant sold thhis as a "Membership/Subsciption". I kept telling them that nothing like that was purchased. Finally took the suggestion someone mentioned here about contacting the my state bank commisioner. They gave me over to a supervisor. Supervisor called some of the phone numbers listed on my account for these companies and couldn't get through to them. And then admitted that "Visa" my check card company was having problems with several of the companies - which I wouldn't doubt are one and the same! Someone supposed to get back within 24 hours. Naomi
