HELLO MY NAME IS CHRYSANTHEMUM BAKER. I FILED A CLAIM WITH ESSURANTY CELL PHONE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR MY HTC ONE CELL PHONE CAMERA AND FLASHLIGHT MALFUNCTION ON 1/27/17. SEAN (ESSURANTY CLAIM REP) WAS ASSIGNED MY CASE. I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET A LOANER PHONE WHICH THEY HAD TO DEDUCT FROM MY ACCOUNT 99.00 FOR LOANER DEVICE WHICH THEY SENT. DID NOT RECIEVE THE DEVICE UNTIL 2/4/17 WHICH WAS PROMISED AS A OVER NIGHT DELIVERY. IT WAS A DELAY AND WHEN I DID RECIEVE IT, IT WAS A MOTO G PLAY PHONE OF LESS THAN 100.00 AFTER DOING RESEARCH.

I SENT BACK DEVICE HTC ONE TO THESE GUYS FOR REPLACEMENT/REPAIR WITHIN A DAY OF RECEIVING THEY'RE DEVICE. ACCORDING TO THEY'RE WEBSITE, THE CLAIMS PROCESS TAKES AVERAGE OF 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. WAS TOLD ON 2/13/17 BY JACKIE AT 606PM THAT CAMERA FOR HTC WAS ORDERED FRIDAY AND SHOULD BE DELIVERED IN 3-5 DAYS.. HOWEVER PART DID NOT COME IN THAT WEEK..THEREFORE I FOLLOWED UP WITH SEAN WHOM STATED THE PART WAS SCHEDULED FOR DELIVERY ON 2/23/17 AND IT WOULD TAKE ONLY AN HOUR TO PUT IT TOGETHER

I FOLLOWED BACK UP IWTH SEAN WHOM STATED HE WAS GOING TO SPEAK TO HIS SUPERVISOR ABOUT THIS AND NO RESPONSE FROM SEAN YET AS TO WHAT THE SUPERVISOR STATED. IT IS VERY HARD TO GET SEAK TO RESPOND AT TIMES AS I KNOW HE CAN BE BUSY. AFTER I DID NOT GET HEAR ANYTHING FROM HIM, I THEN REQUESTED TO HAVE MY PHONE RETURNED BACK TO ME, THESE GUYS HAVE HAD MY PHONE SINCE JANUARY AND IT'S NOW MARCH AND HAVE NOT FIXED MY PHONE YET. WAS TOLD THE PART WAS ORDERED FROM THE MANUFACTURER DISTRIBUTOR AND THIS WAS REASON FOR DELAYS. AGAIN WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE IN MONDAY 2/27/17.

AFTER THE FRUSTRATION, I ASKED TO HAV ETHE 700.00 DOLLAR PHONE BACK BECAUSE IT WAS NOT BUT THE CAMERA NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND THE FLASHLIGHT BUZZING WHEN TURN IT ON. SEAN THEN TOLD ME THEY HAVE ALREADY PUT MONEY INTO IT AND ORDERED THE PARTS AND THEY CAN'T RETURN MY PHONE BACK TO ME UNTIL IT IS REPAIRED. IWOULD RATHER HAVE THE PHONE THAT I PAID FOR INSTEAD OF A 64.00-100 DOLLAR LOANER PHONE THAT NOT NO WHERE COMPATIBLE WITH MY PHONE.

IT SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS LONG FOR A COMPANY TO HAVE TO SEND MY PHONE BACK REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION. THE PHONE WAS SENT IN THE END OF JANUARY AND IT IS MARCH AND IT HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED AS OF YET. THESE GUYS ONLY RESPONDS TO EMAILS WHEN THEY GET READY AND A PAYING CUSTOMER CAN NEVER SPEAK TO SOMEONE LIVE ON THE PHONE. THIS WHOLE PROCESS IS FRUSTRATING. I JUST FEEL LIKE I WAS ROBBED AND I PAY FOR MY SERVICES EVERY MONTH FOR MORE THAN ONE CELLPHONE AND THIS IS HOW I GET TREATED AS A CUSTOMER. COULD YOU GUYS BE OF SOME HELP TO ME.

ALSO SEAN EMAILED ME ON 2/7/17 AND STATED TI HAVE THE AVAILABLE OPTION TO CANCEL THE CLAIM AT ANYTIME AND NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY CANT DO THAT AND SEND MY PHONE BACK SINCE THEY HAVE STARTED TO SPEND MONEY FOR THE PROCESS TO TAKE PLACE. PLEASE HELP ME
