I was at laGuardia airport - was told by the welcoming booth that I could get a shuttle to JFK in 25 -30 mon. After 45 min they told me that they have changed shuttles and they would be right there in 10 min - this went on 4 more times. after that they said they were 3 min away - finally I asked the guy what gives and he said they do this all the time if there is only one person to pickup. I left and took a different service I didn't even know was available until I was fed up.
