ets4all is a SCAM! email customer service is prompt until they receive your money. package tracking info is never sent, emails are ignored, and buy.com (who they route you to for payment) claims no affiliation with them and refuses to assist you in getting your money back, even though it was processed though them. steer clear of electronics for all / ets4all.com
